DMK

This document sets out the terms, expected conduct, and risk acknowledgements that apply to all individuals who submit an application to engage in a dynamic with DMK. By submitting an application you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to everything contained herein.

These terms exist to protect both parties and to ensure that all interactions are safe, consensual, and conducted with integrity. Ignorance of any section of this document is not grounds for exemption.

To be eligible to apply you must:

• Be 18 years of age or older at the time of application.
• Be applying of your own free will, without coercion or undue influence.
• Be capable of providing informed, ongoing, and enthusiastic consent.
• Accurately disclose all relevant medical, psychological, and personal information requested in the application form.
• Provide valid photo ID for age verification purposes when requested.

A minimum tribute of £5 (GBP) is required at the point of application. This tribute is non-refundable and forms part of the screening and administrative process.

Termination of a dynamic at any stage does not entitle the applicant to a refund of any tribute or payment made.

All applicants and accepted parties must adhere to the following standards at all times:

• Respect boundaries. You will honour all negotiated limits without question or pressure. Any attempt to push, manipulate, or ignore communicated boundaries will result in immediate termination of the dynamic.
• Honest communication. You will communicate honestly and promptly about your physical and emotional state, including the use of agreed safe words or signals.
• Confidentiality. You will not disclose, share, publish, or distribute any personal information, images, recordings, or details relating to DMK or any sessions without prior explicit written consent.
• No unsolicited contact. You will not contact DMK through channels or at frequencies beyond those agreed. Repeated, unsolicited, or harassing contact will result in immediate termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.
• Sobriety. You will not attend any in-person session under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs unless explicitly agreed in advance.
• Honesty about health. You will disclose any changes to your health, medication, or mental state that may affect safe participation prior to any session.
• Compliance with instructions. You will follow reasonable instructions given by DMK within the scope of negotiated activities.

All activities are based on prior negotiation and explicit ongoing consent. Consent can be withdrawn at any time using agreed safe words or signals. The withdrawal of consent will be respected immediately and without penalty.

You accept responsibility for clearly communicating your hard limits, soft limits, triggers, and any activities you are unwilling to engage in. DMK will not be held responsible for harm arising from limits or medical information that were not disclosed at the time of application or prior to a session.

Activities engaged in will be limited strictly to those negotiated and agreed in advance. No assumption of consent for non-negotiated activities will be made by either party.

You acknowledge and accept that participation in BDSM, kink, and power-exchange activities carries inherent physical and psychological risks, including but not limited to:

• Physical injury, bruising, or discomfort arising from impact play, bondage, or other agreed activities.
• Psychological responses including emotional intensity, subspace, drop, or unexpected reactions.
• Risks associated with edge play or high-intensity activities where specifically negotiated.

You confirm that your participation is entirely voluntary, that you have assessed these risks and consider yourself fit and willing to participate. You accept personal responsibility for your own safety and wellbeing to the extent reasonably possible within the context of negotiated activities.

All personal information, including identification documents, submitted as part of the application process is held securely and accessed only by authorised personnel involved in screening and scheduling.

Application data is retained for up to two years from the date of submission unless earlier deletion is requested. Photo ID is used solely for age verification and may be deleted upon request once verification is complete.

Personal data will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent unless required by applicable law. To request deletion or access to your data, contact DMK via the email address provided on the application form.

DMK reserves the right to refuse any application or to terminate any dynamic or session at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of this Code of Conduct, dishonesty in the application, or any behaviour that DMK considers unsafe, disrespectful, or incompatible with the values and expectations set out herein.

By submitting the DMK application form and providing your initials, you confirm that:

• You are 18 years of age or older.
• You have read and understood this document in full.
• You agree to abide by the Terms, Code of Conduct, and Risk Acknowledgement set out above.
• All information provided in your application is truthful and accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• Your participation is entirely voluntary and given without coercion.
